Mushroom & Three Cheese Tortellini with Bacon and Courgettes
Fry bacon, drain and chop. Cook pasta according to pack instructions. Steam courgettes for three minutes over cooking pasta, tossing occasionally, until heated through but still firm. In a large bowl mix courgettes with garlic, tarragon, mint, lemon juice and oil. Add drained pasta and bacon and toss through courgette mixture. Mix through rock salt and serve.
