Tortellini Pizza Bake

INGREDIENTS
400g Delmaine Chicken Bacon Tortellini
1 pottle Delmaine Tomato & Roasted Garlic Sauce
100g sliced pepperoni salami
1 small onion sliced
200g sliced mushrooms
150g grated Cheddar or Edam cheese
50g grated Parmesan cheese
1tsp dried oregano
DIRECTIONS
Cook tortellini in boiling water for five minutes. Drain and spread evenly in a lightly greased deep baking dish. Cover with pasta sauce. Top with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese. Mix oregano and Parmesan together in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of all other ingredients. bake at 210o for 8-10 minutes.
