
Made with Italian Durum wheat semolina which is the best wheat for making pasta. It is also a harder grain so retains it?s shape when cooked and doesn?t glug.
Place 250g couscous in a bowl and add 250ml boiling water. Cover bowl with a lid, and wait 2-3 minutes. Separate the grains with a fork and serve.
