Delmaine jellies are made in New Zealand with real herbs, juices and wines in a simple process with sugar and water which results in a smooth jelly ideal for a wide range of dining uses. While as easy to use as just scooped from the jar they are also ideal to add to stews, soups and other savoury dishes or mixed with cheese and creams to make spreads and toppings.
