
Delmaine Thai Red Vegetable Curry is made to an authentic recipe to showcase this colourful and richly flavoured dish. Onions, ginger and garlic are simmered in coconut cream with chilli and Thai red curry paste; with its flavours of shrimp paste, pineapple and galangal. More coconut cream, lemongrass, Kaffir lime, and tamarind are added with potato and kumara. Finally a colourful mix of fresh vegetables is introduced to the dish and it is slow cooked to develop the flavours .
Microwave; Remove from cardboard sleeve and remove lid. Place lid back on loosely and heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes stirring once during heating. Warning pottle and contents will be hot, handle carefully. Stove Top; Tip contents into a sauce pan and cook on a medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes stirring occassionally until meal is piping hot.
