Delmaine Butter Chicken

Delmaine Butter Chicken is made to an authentic recipe to deliver the flavours you expect from everybody?s favourite Indian dish. Fresh chicken is marinated overnight in yoghurt and a blend of Kashmiri chilli, garlic, ginger and lemon juice. It is then simmered in butter with tomatoes, spices and fenugreek until cooked to tender perfection. Finally fresh cream is added to create a thick rich sauce full of tasty chicken pieces and aromatic flavours.

COOKING INFORMATION

Microwave; Remove from cardboard sleeve and remove lid. Place lid back on loosely and heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes stirring once during heating. Warning pottle and contents will be hot, handle carefully. Stove Top; Tip contents into a sauce pan and cook on a medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes stirring occassionally until meal is piping hot.
