Delmaine Mushroom, Lemon & Truffle Sauce

A delicious and rich blend of NZ Portobello and dried Porcini mushrooms in a thick cream sauce, accented by lemon zest and truffle. Perfect for pasta, but also great on chicken, steak and cooked vegetables.

  • No Artificial colours or flavours
  • Quick ideas; Use as a mousse for cooked salmon or tuna. Add a diced red onion and some capers and serve with roasted pumpkin or kumara stirred through Delmaine Duale Linguine.
  • Contains wheat and/or grain products containing gluten.

COOKING INFORMATION

Microwave: Remove lid and place it loosely on top of pottle. Heat on high for 60 seconds, stirring once. Caution: Product will be hot.
