Big on flavour and bold in outlook. The warm flavours are delicious on their own with a little olive oil and Parmesan, but also work well with creamy sauces. Extra large pieces and premium ingredients deliver more flavour. Made fresh locally with Durum semolina and free range eggs. Delmaine egg pastas are made, stored and delivered fresh, not frozen.
Pieces may stick together. Don’t pull apart, they will separate during cooking.
Place pasta directly in plenty of boiling water. If fresh, cook for 6 minutes; if frozen, cook for 7 minutes. Product must be fully cooked before eating.
