
Using beans in your meals instead of meat
Beans make an excellent substitute for meat in lots of dishes. Try them as the 'mince' in a Shepherd's Pie, the 'lamb' in a casserole, or the tuna in a salad.
Classic Italian potato dumplings made with steamed fresh potato and a pinch of salt.
Sauté until golden brown, approx 4 minutes or cook in hot sauce for 2 to 3 minutes.
