Delmaine Thai Green Chicken Curry

Delmaine Thai Green Chicken Curry is made to an authentic recipe to create a creamy, spicy and fragrant dish synonymous with Thai cuisine. Fresh chicken is cooked in a blend of ginger and garlic until fragrant. It is then simmered in a rich broth of coconut cream and green Thai curry paste, enhanced with lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves. Lastly fresh vegetables, including bamboo shoots and baby corn, are added and the curry is finished off with fish sauce and lemon juice.

COOKING INFORMATION

Microwave; Remove from cardboard sleeve and remove lid. Place lid back on loosely and heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes stirring once during heating. Warning pottle and contents will be hot, handle carefully. Stove Top; Tip contents into a sauce pan and cook on a medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes stirring occassionally until meal is piping hot.
