Delmaine is New Zealand’s leading manufacturers of fresh pasta and pasta sauces. Within our pasta offering, we make and sell fresh flat and filled pasta as well as lasagne sheets, lasagne meals and gnocchi in retail and wholesale environments. We also make a number of housebrand and plain pack products for sale in NZ and overseas. In partnership with other major manufacturers we make filled pastas for use in tinned and frozen products.
Our Manukau plant in South Auckland had two dedicated pasta lines as well as an industrial kitchen for making pasta meals. Our flat pastas can be run in sizes from as small as angel hair (capellini) through to lasagne sheets. Within the filled range we can manufacture a large range including; ravioli, tortellini, cappelletti, raviolone, and sachetti. Filled pastas come with a wide range of meat, chicken and vegetarian fillings.
