Artichoke and Spinach Dip
1 x tin of Delmaine Whole Artichokes
1 cup mayonnaise (such as Best Foods)
1 cup grated parmesan
1 ½ cups tasty cheese
350g spinach (water removed)
1 tsp Boss Worcestershire sauce
Salt + pepper to taste
1. Preheat over to 160°C, line a 20cm dish.
2. Drain and chop artichokes, cut into 6.
3. Mix with mayo and cheeses.
4. Add drained spinach.
5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
