Carbonara Scallop Potatoes
6 medium - large potatoes (sliced thinly)
½ medium onion (sliced fine)
5 button mushrooms sliced
1 pottle of Delmaine Carbonara Sauce
150g Cheddar cheese (grated)
50gram of Parmesan cheese
Grease a medium sized baking dish.
Layer potato, Sliced onion, Sliced Mushrooms, and spoonful’s of Carbonara Sauce.
Continue layers until your baking dish is full, finishing with the grated cheese and cover with tinfoil
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius, or until the potato is cooked through, take tinfoil off to allow cheese to brown on top.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes and cut into sections for serving.
