Cipriani Mixed Vegetable Bake

INGREDIENTS
1 kumara (sliced thinly)
1 courgette (sliced thinly)
4 mushrooms (sliced thinly)
2 wedges of pumpkin, peeled and sliced thinkly
1 carrot grated
½ medium onion (sliced fine)
1 pottle of Delmaine Cipriani Sauce
200g Cheddar cheese (grated)
50gram of Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Grease a medium sized baking dish.
Layer kumara, courgette, mushroom, add spoonful’s of Cipriani sauce, and grated cheese. Add chopped onion, pumpkin, courgettes, spoonful’s of Cipriani, sauce and grated carrot to fill in the gaps.
Continue layers in what ever order you like, until your baking dish is full, finishing with Cipriani sauce and the grated cheese,
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius, for 40 minutes or until the vegetable bake is cooked through, and cheese is brown on top.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes and cut into sections for serving.
