INGREDIENTS

Chilli Ingredients

250 gm Prime beef mince, lean/no-fat

3 tbsp.oil

1 small capsicum/pepper, cubed (red or green)

1medium onion chopped finely

1 tsp.garlic paste

1 x can Delmaine Crushed Tomatoes

2 tbsp. Delmaine Tomato paste

1/2 cup HOT water

1 x Can of Delmaine Red Kidney Beans (rinsed and Drained)

1 x can of Delmaine Baked Beans

1 x Can of Black Beans and Chilli Sauce

1 cup of grated carrot

100g of frozen peas

Salt and pepper for taste

DIRECTIONS

Heat the oil. Add the onions and capsicums and fry until soft (but not golden). Add the garlic. Turn the heat up and add the mince. Fry the mince on high heat until brown and dry, making sure to break up any lumps with your spoon. Next add the chopped tomatoes, Carrot, tomato paste, water and all the beans. Turn the heat down to low, add peas give it a stir and let the sauce simmer gently for about 20 minutes, giving it an occasional stir. If needed, add a bit of extra hot water to achieve the desired consistency.

Once the sauce is done and thickened slightly,. Stir and adjust salt/spices.

Too cook potato

Scrub potato to remove any dirt.

Pierce potato skin with a fork about 3 or 4 times. Beans and Tomatoes, Serves 4

Microwave whole, unpeeled potato in the microwave until soft - about 3 to 4 minutes per potato.
