Hidden Vege Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon cooking oil

400g beef mince

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, chopped

½ head cauliflower finely chopped

1 large carrot, grated

1 pottle Delmaine Pomodoro Pasta Sauce 325g

1 tin Delmaine Crushed Tomatoes 400g

150ml Beef Stock

1 Pack 400g Delmaine Fresh Spaghetti

DIRECTIONS

Place oil in a large frying pan on medium heat and cook onions and garlic until onions are soft and glassy. Add mince and fry until browned. Reduce heat, add cauliflower and stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce and carrot and cook on low heat for a further 30 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, cook and drain pasta. Serve sauce over hot pasta with grated parmesan.

For a Pepper Bolognese, add 200g Delmaine Roasted Red Peppers drained and chopped.
