Hidden Vege Spaghetti Bolognese
Place oil in a large frying pan on medium heat and cook onions and garlic until onions are soft and glassy. Add mince and fry until browned. Reduce heat, add cauliflower and stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce and carrot and cook on low heat for a further 30 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, cook and drain pasta. Serve sauce over hot pasta with grated parmesan.
For a Pepper Bolognese, add 200g Delmaine Roasted Red Peppers drained and chopped.
