Home Chef of the Month September: BBQ Style Sausages

September's Home Chef of the Month Winner was Vernon Riley with his recipe for slow cooked savoury sausages, cooked in Delmaine Tomatoes with Chilli, Basil & Oregano.
INGREDIENTS
8-10 flavoured sausages
1 x 400g Delmaine Tomatoes with Chilli, Basil & Oregano
3 tbsp Delmaine Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Delmaine Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup beef stock
DIRECTIONS
Brown the sausages and place in the slow cooker. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the sausages. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with white rice and salad or greens of your choice.
