Honey Sesame Barbecue Chicken Nibbles
18 to 20 chicken nibbles
½ cup Delmaine Tomato Sauce
2 teaspoon runny honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
In a large bowl mix together tomato sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Heat honey in microwave on high for 30 seconds to thin it out and add ginger, garlic and five spice. Mix honey mixture into sauce mix. Add chicken nibbles to bowl and evenly coat with sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for one to two hours.
Preheat oven to 200˚C. Line a shallow ovenproof tray or dish with baking paper. Arrange the chicken nibbles on the tray and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until crisp and golden.
