Italian Bean & Sausage Stew
In a shallow frypan, in a small amount of
olive oil, cook sausage, onion and garlic until
onions are tender, drain any excess liquid.
Add tomatoes, capsicum, red kidney beans,
tomato Paste, water and chilli powder. Cook over
medium heat for 15 minutes or until desired
consistency. Serve on rice. Serves 4-6.
