INGREDIENTS

250g spicy sausage, sliced

1 large chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 can of Delmaine Tomatoes with Fresh Garlic

1 can of Delmaine Red Kidney Beans,

drained & rinsed

1x 70g pottle of  Delmaine Tomato Paste

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 red capsicum, diced

½ cup of water

 

DIRECTIONS

In a shallow frypan, in a small amount of

olive oil, cook sausage, onion and garlic until

onions are tender, drain any excess liquid.

Add tomatoes, capsicum, red kidney beans,

tomato Paste, water and chilli powder. Cook over

medium heat for 15 minutes or until desired

consistency. Serve on rice. Serves 4-6.
