Kalamata Tapenade

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive Oil
1 bulb of Garlic broken into cloves, skin on
2 cups 330gram of Delmaine Kalamata Pitted Olives
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180C
Toss all the ingredients in the oil and roast on a tray for 10-15 minutes or until the garlic is soft then remove from the oven. Once the garlic has cooled squeeze to remove the cloves from its skin
Place the roasted olive mixture and garlic into the bowl of a food prcessor. Puree until smooth and thick.
Store covered in the fridge.
