Marinated Feta and Mint Dip

INGREDIENTS
250gram Sour Cream
jucie and zest of 2 lemons
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
in a food processor, place the feta, sourcream, lemon juice and zest. blend until smooth, empty the mixture into a bowl and stir in fresh mint leave and pepper
keep chilled till ready to serve
