INGREDIENTS

200g Peeled and cooked prawns

1Tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, chopped

½ cup fresh loose leaf parsley chopped.

1 tin Delmaine Cherry Tomatoes drained

1 pottle Delmaine Carbonara Pasta Sauce 325g

1 Pack 400g Delmaine Fresh Mista Fettuccine

DIRECTIONS

Cook pasta according to instruction on pack. While pasta cooks fry garlic in butter until butter starts to brown and then stir in half of parsley, prawns and tomatoes and heat through. Heat Carbonara sauce and stir through pasta. Place pasta mix in small bowls and top with prawns and tomatoes. Garnish with remaining parsley.
