Ravioli with Bacon and Mushroom’s in Cipriani Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 tbs Olive Oil

2 Garlic cloves, crushed

150g sliced middle eye bacon, trimmed and chopped

1 Onions, chopped

½ Yellow Capsicum diced

150gram of mushrooms sliced

40grams of Grated Parmesan

1 pottle of Delmaine Cipriani Pasta Sauce 325g

1 pack of Delmaine Chicken and Bacon Mozzarella Ravioli 300g

Parmesan cheese and diced thyme , to serve

DIRECTIONS

Cook Pasta according to pack directions

Place oil, garlic, bacon, onion and yellow capsicum into a large pan. Cook over a medium heat until onion is soft. Add mushroom and cook for 1 minute.  Add Cipriani sauce and parmesan cheese - cook for a few minutes till warmed through

Add cooked Chickenand bacon Mozzarella pasta and Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese and a parsely.
